Cut Merch’s staff have many years of specialized experience in the music merchandise business. We understand what bands need and when they need it. Your merchandise is very important to you – not only is it a major link between you and your fans, it is a significant source of revenue for your band and your fans, as well as a significant source of income for you – and when you deal with Cut Merch, you are dealing with people who have worked successfully with major stars as well as independent bands over many years.
What are your minimum order quantities?
In most cases, minimum order quantities are 144 pieces. This can be spread across all sizes or even different garments as long as it is the same design. Cut Merch will always try to accommodate special situations but remember, the more you order, the less you pay and if space is the issue, Cut Merch will hold goods in our warehouse whenever you’re on tour! (Long term warehousing services are available. Ask your merch rep for more details.)
How long will it take to get my order?
The Cut Merch policy is a minimum turn time of 2 weeks from receipt of useable art. Please talk with your merch rep when you need shorter turns and be aware that rush fees may apply.
What are my payment options?
We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express). COD is also available and terms are available upon approved credit.

ON-ROAD DELIVERY
The highly reliable and experienced supply team at Cut Merch fearlessly proclaims (with apologies to the U.S. Postal Service), “Neither snow, nor sleet, nor rain can keep us from getting your merch to you wherever and whenever you need it!” We offer a variety of shipping options, including splitting a single order into multiple shipments so you can receive goods on the road, send goods to your E-Commerce store or hold goods in our warehouse for later shipment.
